BEAUMONT, Calif. (Oct. 23, 2025) — Solution Group, a full-service, technology-driven water and wastewater management company, is pleased to welcome Chander Letulle to the organization as regional manager for Nevada and Southern California. Letulle brings 25 years of industry experience to Solution Group, where he will provide leadership and business development throughout the region.
An experienced municipal water executive, Letulle is known as an approachable leader and mentor who prioritizes shaping organizational culture and fostering community partnerships. In his previous role as director of operations for Jurupa Community Services District, he not only oversaw the operations division but also guided onboarding and training development for distribution staff and created a leadership development program for first-time supervisors.
“Chander’s experience is the perfect combination of operational knowledge and interpersonal skills that will allow him to successfully provide leadership to and coordination of our current customers in Nevada and Southern California,” said Mike Silver, Director of Operations for Solution Group. “We look forward to seeing his impact across the board.”
As regional manager, Letulle is responsible for leading Solution Group employees with mentoring, training, process control development, and hiring to meet customer requirements, as well as communicating internally and externally to ensure all stakeholders are adequately informed. He will also be a vital resource in supporting Solution Group’s business development efforts in the region by growing and strengthening customer relationships throughout the region.

Letulle holds an MS in environmental engineering and water systems from the University of California, Riverside. He participated in the Water Education for Latino Leaders (WELL) UnTapped Fellowship Program in 2023 and was recognized for his work in 2020 with the Dr. William D. Hatfield Award from the Water Environment Federation (WEF) for outstanding performance and professionalism.
