INDIANAPOLIS, IN – July 27, 2026 – Solution Group, a national leader in water and wastewater management, has completed the acquisition of WaterSolve, a Caledonia, Michigan-based provider of full-service dewatering and environmental remediation solutions. The transaction closed on July 10, 2026.
WaterSolve has built a national reputation serving clients nationwide and is widely recognized as a leader in geotextile tube container dewatering operations. The addition of WaterSolve’s technical expertise and customer relationships strengthens Solution Group’s ability to deliver comprehensive water and wastewater solutions, extending its capabilities into dewatering and environmental remediation while broadening its geographic footprint.
